| cardioFLEX is a unique class that is designed for everyone as the exercises can be modified to accomodate all fitness levels. This class begins with a cardiovascular warm-up, followed by strengthening mixture of aerobic moves, stretches and ends with a relaxing cool down! A weighted Hooprama hoop will be used as a tool throughout the entire class, taking the place of hand weights or bands that are used in traditional classes. The instructor will guide you with the hoop throughout this intense full-body workout and you'll leave feeling energized, stronger, taller, and more flexible than ever!
*If you have joint problems, you must consult with your doctor before taking this class.
*Weighted hoops provided for in-class use. (1-hour class)
