What are the different exercise hoop sizes you offer? |

* Adult Small (approx 39") [good for petite people 5'3" and under, or kids ages 12 up]
* Adult Medium (approx 42") [the most common size sold]
* Adult Large (approx 45") [good for men, and/or larger people]
* Adult XLG "the cruiser" (47"-50") [additional $5 per hoop] [a super SLOW groovin' hoop!]

Would you please describe the different weight options? |

Sure! We have two different weights that we offer at this time...
* Lightweight [for experienced hoopers, tosses & off body hooping]
* Heavy [for beginner hoopers, for fun, fitness and basic hoop dance]

Which weight is will give me a better workout? |
|

Honestly, it's six-to-one, half-dozen to the other. We teach hundreds of women a year to hoop and see physical results with both of our light and heavy hoops. A lighter hoop is going to make you work faster. A heavier hoop will rotate slower (better for beginners) but will be more weight to keep going. Choosing weight is really about personal preference. We want you to pick a hoop that will encourage you to hoop for 20 minutes rather than wear you out and exhaust you after only 5!
