Level One is a 6 week class series designed for the beginner. No experience is necessary! Come join us for a fun, fresh "retro" class that revitalizes the mind, body and spirit! We focus on hooping basics and performing very basic moves on/off the body. Instruction is followed by group activities with an emphasis on community and dance. Level Two is a 6 week class series designed for the next level beginner. is a 6 week class series designed for the next level beginner. You will have an opportunity to build on your hooping basics from Level One will adding lots of new moves focusing on legs and arms. In this series we experiment with reverse direction and in the second half of the series you will be given small samples of hoopAerobix in order to increase your flow and pump up your heart!
