HOOPRAMA HoopStar™ KIDS!
This is a 4-week hoop fitness class series designed just for kids! No experience required! Classes are small affording lots of one-on-one attention to your child encouraging them to move and play with and through the hoop in a safe environment. Hooping increases coordination, confidence and is of course nothing short of pure laughter and fun! Hooping is a fabulous way to motivate your child to become active all the while enjoying themselves and bonding with other children close to their age. Ages 8-11.

HOOPRAMA HoopStar™ TEENS!
(sorry boys, this class is for girls only!)
This is a 4-week hoop fitness class series designed specifically for teen girls! No experience required! Hooping is a wonderful way to help your teen connect with her body and to inspire inner self- confidence. All of our teen classes are small and assisted by Nashville's Hoopstar Teen, Fiona! Instruction of basic hoop moves will be followed by group activities with an emphasis on community and dance. A variety of music will be used in class providing a rich mixture of sound for hoop exploration. Ages 12-16.
