Level One is a 6 week class series designed for the beginner. No experience is necessary! Come join us for a fun, fresh "retro" class that revitalizes the mind, body and spirit! We focus on hooping basics and performing very basic moves on/off the body. Instruction is followed by group activities with an emphasis on community and dance. Level Two is a 6 week class series designed for the next level beginner. is a 6 week class series designed for the next level beginner. You will have an opportunity to build on your hooping basics from Level One will adding lots of new moves focusing on legs and arms. In this series we experiment with reverse direction and in the second half of the series you will be given small samples of hoopAerobix in order to increase your flow and pump up your heart! Level Three : hoopAerobix is a 6 week class series designed to pull together the moves from Levels One & Two and to increase your hoop flow. In this class you will have an opportunity to refine your reverse direction which will help strengthen your non-dominate side and bring balance your body as well. We focus on adding transitions from various moves and our goal is to make you a stronger hooper. In this final level of "Becoming a HoopStar" we will be hooping continously enhancing the full-body hoop fitness workout. In this class you will really start to "feel" your hoop and you will graduate prepared for the next level "Transforming your HoopStar™" aka the Intermediate Series. Level Four is a 6 week class series designed for the Level Three graduate. Yes, now that you have Become a HoopStar, it is time to Transform your HoopStar! Hooprama's Level Four series combines new moves while maintaining a continous workout. In the first half of class we will learn and fine tune new moves and then the second half intregrating it into your hoop flow.
