Please read before you order!

Please be sure to choose the correct shipping option for your order when you check out.

We have set up a flat rate for shipping hoops ($11 for one hoop) and adjust the rate for orders of two hoops or more. If you choose the wrong shipping method, your order will be delayed and we will have to have the correct shipping payment before your order is filled or shipped. IF you feel that your shipping quote is too high, please contact us so that we can look into it and adjust it if needed.

Other Hoop Questions:

When will you make my custom weighted hula hoop? We will have your hoop completed approximately 3-5 days from when we receive your payment. If we have a lot of orders in queue, your hoop may be completed 7 days from the date we received your payment.

When will you ship my Hooprama hoop? We ship our custom order hoops throughout the week and we ship hoops on the day that they are completed.

How do you ship Hooprama hoops? All of our hoops are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Both delivery services take approximately 1-5 days for delivery.

How much is shipping? Shipping is a flat rate of $11 for one hoop; $15 for two hoops... and it goes from there.

Can I pick my Hooprama hoop up instead of ship it? Yes! But only if you live in the Nashville, TN area. If you are in the Nashville area, you are welcome to pick up your hoop at one of our studio locations. Please note: If you cannot pick up your hoop at one of our studios, then we will need to send you a separate invoice for shipping your hoop.

I need my Hooprama hoop by a certain date... should I contact you before ordering? Yes! If you need your hoop by a certain date, please email us to make sure that we can get it for you in time.

I need my Hooprama hoop ASAP, do you offer rush service? Yes, we do offer a *rush* service for $10. This means your hoop will be made the same day payment is received and therefore your hoop shipped within 24 hours from when payment is received!

How do I take care of my Hooprama hoop? First and foremost, do not leave your hoop in a hot car or hoop over rough surfaces, like gravel or jagged concrete. These can tear the tape on your hoop! Do not store your hoop near vents- extreme changes in temperatures can make the tape sticky! Store your hoop on a flat surface, or rotate often to keep the shape. If it warps some, put it in the warm sun for about 10 minutes and then gently reshape. You can wash your hoop with a damp towel.
