I've only been in your class for a short time and always having been an extremely active person I've been struggling with a back injury that put me straight in bed for almost all of October/November last year and that added on the pounds too and made me depressed and stressed. Better now, but I still can't do high impact anything like I used to.......your class has lifted my spirits and has just put me in a good mood, it was the boost I needed! Hoop Aerobix [Level 3] is a great workout! I love how you are always switching the direction you are hooping in... that has really helped my hooping to become more fluid and rhythmic. It definitely works out the brain, body, and especially the booty!! -Angela
