Online Ordering & Shipping Policy Please read before you order! FLAT RATE SHIPPING VIA FOR CONTIGOUS US STATES ONLY $10* VIA FED EX! SHIPPING RATES/INFO: We use FedEx Ground & Home Delivery with a flat rate shipping of $10 (to a business) and $15 (to a residence) in the contingous US states. USPS Express Overnight Mail is also an option. We send all hoops with delivery confirmation though FedEx or the USPS. If we have evidence that your hoop was delivered by FedEx/USPS to your requested shipping address, then Hooprama is not responsibe for theft or damage taking place once the item is left on your property. You may choose to receive your packages with signature confirmation via FedEx for an additional charge. No PO Box addresses will be accepted unless you have chosen Express Overnight. See FedEx zone map at the bottom of this page for approximate delivery time to your location. Please note delivery time is from date hoop is shipped, not date ordered. When will you ship my Hooprama hoop? How much is shipping? Other Hoop Questions: When will you make my custom weighted hula hoop? We will have your hoop completed approximately 7 business days from when we receive your payment. If we have a lot of orders in queue, your hoop may be completed approx 10 business days from the date we received your payment. Please remember that you are ordering a custom made product and our desire for quality is top priority when making your hoop! :) Can I pick my Hooprama hoop up instead of ship it? Yes! But only if you live in the Nashville, TN area. If you are in the Nashville area, you are welcome to pick up your hoop at one of our studio locations. Please note: If you cannot pick up your hoop at one of our studios, then we will need to send you a separate invoice for shipping your hoop. Hooprama is not responsible for hoops not picked up within 90 days of date of purchase. Hoops left past 90 days from date of purchase will become property of the studio. All sales are final. I need my Hooprama hoop by a certain date... should I contact you before ordering? Yes! If you need your hoop by a certain date, please email us BEFORE you order to make sure that we can get it for you in time. I need my Hooprama hoop ASAP, do you offer rush service? Yes, we do offer a *rush* service for $10 which means your hoop will ship within 2 business days from purchase! How do I take care of my Hooprama hoop? First and foremost, do not leave your hoop in a hot car or hoop over rough surfaces, like gravel or jagged concrete. These can tear the finish on your hoop! Do not store your hoop near vents- extreme changes in temperatures can make the hoop sticky! Store your hoop on a flat surface, or rotate often to keep the shape. If it warps some, put it in the warm sun for about 10 minutes and then gently reshape. You can wash your hoop with a damp towel. Anything else I need to know? Yes, ALL custom hoop sales are final sales. It is like ordering custom stationary... we make your order to fit you! And every time you order from Hooprama (classes and goods) you help support Hooping for Hope as we donate a portion of all proceeds into this program! All hoops over 29" that are shipped via FedEx will ship coiled down in a box to protect the hoop and to avoid shipping damage. All of our hoops are made by hand in the USA.
