MY HOOPRAMA MAMA (or DADDY-O) AND ME!: Stop running errands with your kids and start hooping with them! What better way to add something fun and exciting into your parent/child relationship than the hoop! Laugh, bond and have a grand time! This is a 6 week series for ages 9 & up (and mom and/or dad of course!)

HOOPRAMA KIDS!: This is a 4-week hoop fitness series designed just for kids! No hooping experience is required! Classes are small affording lots of one-on-one attention to your child encouraging them to move and play with and through the hoop in a safe and fun enviornment. Hooping increases coordination, confidence and is of course nothing short of pure laughter and joy! Hooping is a fabulous way to motivate your child to be active all the while enjoying themselves and bonding with other children close to their age. This class is for ages 8-11.

HOOPRAMA TEENS!: This is a 4-week series class that is designed specifically for teen girls. No experience is required! Hooping is a wonderful way to help your teen conect iwth her body and to inspire inner self-confidence. All of our teen classes are small and are assistated by our own teen HoopStar, Fiona. Instruction of basic hoop moves are followed by group activities with an emphasis on community and dance. A variety of music is used in class providing a rich mixture of sound for optimum hoop exploration. Ages 12-16.
