Hooprama Hula Hoop Fitness Registration Policy
Please read before you register! By registering for any Hooprama Fitness classes or workshops you agree to the following below:
Registration is non-refundable. You may however, transfer the series to a friend if that transfer is made on or before Class #2. Please note: we must be notified in advance, in writing of such transfer.

Where will class be held? We have a few different studios that we use. Please be sure to note which studio is connected with the class that you register for. Studio East (SE) is located at 604 Gallatin Ave, Suite 101, 37206 (East Nashville) and the Global Education Center (GL) is located at 4822 Charlotte Pike, 37209 (Sylvan Park). We are also now using studios in Cool Springs/Franklin and in Hillsboro Village. All studio addresses can be found here.
What should I wear? Wear comfortable attire and closed-toe shoes!
What should I bring? We will provide Hooprama class hoops for you to use in class. But you might want to bring some water though!
What if I want my own hoop? You can order your own hoop here: www.hooprama.com/hulahoop and if your hoop is ordered 7 days or more before your class begins we will have it for you in the very first class!
Do you offer make-up classes? We offer make up classes only if the class is cancelled on our behalf. We do not offer a make up class if you miss one due to your scheduling simply because our classes are usually sold out and there is no room for someone to drop in.
Anything else I need to know? Yes! If you are pregnant, (or become pregnant during a Hooprama Hula Hoop Fitness Series), you must provide a note from your doctor before you can attend/continue class.

Once you register for your class be sure to write the dates down in your calendar and add sunny@hooprama.com to your address book so that Hooprama class announcements will not hit your spam folder as we will be sending out class info approximately one week before class begins! We are not responsible for lost or missed class info once you have registered for a class as your receipt is your verification of class start date, time and location.
